Embers Therapy
Person-centred counselling in Warrington & online

Hi, I’m Phil, the counsellor behind Embers Therapy.

I understand that sometimes life can feel overwhelming, uncertain or simply difficult to make sense of. I offer a warm, genuine and accepting space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore whatever is happening for you — at your pace and without judgement.

What is Embers Therapy?

Embers Therapy is a place to pause, reflect and find warmth in the middle of life’s difficulties. Just as embers can continue to glow after the flames have passed, I believe that even during difficult times, our capacity for growth, understanding and change can remain.

You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, loss or relationship difficulties, or perhaps you simply feel stuck or know that something isn’t quite right. You don’t need a diagnosis or even know exactly what you want to talk about before coming to counselling.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you what you should do, I’ll work alongside you as you explore what matters to you, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and begin to find your own way forward.

Face-to-face counselling is available in Warrington, with online and telephone sessions also available.
