  • Counselling provided by Embers Therapy is subject to a separate counselling agreement between counsellor and client. These Website Terms & Conditions do not form the counselling contract.

  • All appointments are subject to availability and agreement.

4. Emergency & crisis support

  • The Embers Therapy website and contact form are not intended for emergency or crisis support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E. If you need urgent mental health support, please contact an appropriate NHS or crisis service.
